Ingredients

  • dry roast millets
  • chopped cabbage
  • sliced beans
  • sliced carrots
  • chopped onion shoots
  • chopped ginger
  • minced garlic
  • 2 tbs soya sauce
  • 2 tbs chilly sauce
  • 1/2 tbs ajinomoto
  • vinegar

Method

Step 1

3 tbs oil ...add ginger and garlic...saute it for 2 min..add cabbage n onion shoots..... microwave ..beans and carrot for 3 min. add these also to the pan... saute them for 2-3 min. add cooked millets....soya sauce..chilly sauce...ajinomoto... after adding vinegar...don't cook for too long... take into a serving bowl....garnish with pepper and serve.
