  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 big size carrot (blanched)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • few walnuts
  • yogurt -2 tbs
  • soy milk 1 small glass/ or regular also can be taken
  • maple syrup or honey/brown sugar
  • cocoa powder-1 tbs
  • cinnamon powder for garnishing


Step 1

Put them in a blender ...till it turns smooth and frothy..... ice cubes can be added while blending......
